Mid Atlantic(see map below) Haz-Mat shipper's will receive a one time fee from signup date until May 1, 2027. A one time charge of $275 until regular yearly fee's would resume on May 1, 2027. Return Subscription/Contact Form along with Product, Manufacturer/Supplier and UN# of products that you would like to submit and register for Haz-Mat shipping. Once received we will issue your company a 24hr ER 800, International and contract number. Turn-around time is 24hrs from submittal until receipt of your 24hr ER information.

This is being offered to help with the distruption that the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse will be causing for all shippers especially Haz-Mat shipments. This is being offered to Mid-Atlantic State companies and is valid for the first 1000 to enroll. Does not include In Country Number Subscription

The US Department Of Transportation (DOT), Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) and the COSTHA Air Carrier Roundtable would like to remind the hazardous materials community that effective October 1, 2009, the new packaging requirements for transporting cylinders containing compressed oxygen and other oxidizing gases and packages of chemical oxygen generators must be placed in rigid outer packagings that meet the specified flame penetration and thermal resistance requirements when transported aboard an aircraft.
